We seek out long term active partners to help both diversify and grow our land portfolio revenue. Featured Projects
Mineral Mining
In 2018 USLG leased its land to a mining company that installed a facility capable of producing over 2.3 million tons of silica annually. USLG receives a royalty with a multi decade quantity of reserves. USLG has additional land suitable for another mine and is actively looking for a partner.
Rail Spur
In April of 2022, USLG closed on its first rail spur located in West Texas. This spur will allow our partners to cheaply and quickly move goods in and out of the region. We are actively looking for partners who would benefit from a rail spur.
Crypto Data Mine
Tapping into our access to affordable energy and land, USLG completed its first proof of concept crypto mining facility. We have now begun seeking out partners who would like to install their own crypto operations on our land.
Recycling Center
We have partnered with a recycling company that plans to have their first Recycling Center running by June 2022. They plan to be moving large amounts of scrap metal while utilizing our spur and access to low cost energy and land. We are actively looking for partners to help move this business forward.
